Motherhood is thought to be the most pure state of human existence, and several people have given their interpretations of what motherhood really is. Every woman experiences motherhood in a unique way, and this must be recognized.

1. Make sure a medical professional sees you for at least four prenatal appointments.
2. Before and after giving birth, take care of your mental health and wellbeing.
3. It is advised to set the baby on the mother's chest as quickly as possible. Hold, soothe, and rub your baby affectionately. At this stage, a smile and interaction with the newborn are essential for engagement.
4. Make sure your newborn gets just breastmilk within the first hour after birth as well as after six months, not even water.
5. Give a variety of freshly prepared items to your six-month-old infant for at a minimum two years of age.
6. For expecting mothers it is extremely important to eat healthy meals with proper nutrition. It is always a better option to take advice from medical professionals for your nutrition intake.
7. A little to moderate excerise, yoga, or any form of workout recommended by doctors or other medical professionals.
