The INTERHEART study showed that CVD risk factors such as abdominal obesity, hypertension, and diabetes are higher among Indians, even at young ages, than among other ethnic groups. The prevalence rates of CVD risk factors have been rapidly rising within India over the past 25 years, particularly within urban communities.

For breakfast, one should have less fat and carbohydrates and more vitamins, minerals, and dietary fibre. one can also stay vibrant and rejuvenated by eating appropriate foods.  
  4. Avoid Stress: Stress can be a major cause of physical and mental illnesses. Live stress-free for a better life ahead. Stress can be a major causative factor for heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure. Try simple exercises, meditation, and yoga to relieve stress.  
  5. Prioritize Sleep: A healthy lifestyle is based on getting enough good quality sleep. Create a relaxing evening ritual, stick to a regular sleep schedule, and make sure the sleeping environment is restful. Not only does getting enough sleep help one's body recover, but it also improves emotional and cognitive health.
