Mohd. Shazin is 16-year-old son of Mr. Abdul Gafoor and Mrs. Sahida hailing from Kannur, Kerala. Shazin was diagnosed with Thalassemia Major, a blood disorder when he was one year old. Since then, blood transfusions every two weeks have been necessary for him to survive. Shazin often falls sick with a high fever, cough and cold, his body is growing weak and has to miss school and other activities most days. The doctors at Narayana Hospital, Bangalore have 1proposed a Bone Marrow Transplant worth Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Lakhs Only).

Shazin’s younger sister is the donor for the transplant but unfortunately, the excessively high cost of treatment is preventing them to move ahead with the transplant. Shazin’s father is a truck driver and earns Rs. 500/- a day. He is the sole breadwinner in the family of six. It is nearly impossible for Shazin’s family to arrange such a huge amount. Please help the family to save their son. Any amount donated will push Shazin further towards a healthy life. Please help him.
