A Gifted Programmer, Manasvi, needs your help to pursue her dreams
In the busy classroom of Queen Mary’s School in Delhi, the name Manasvi Bansal is synonymous with ‘gifted’. Her teachers have dubbed her a ‘prodigy’, upon witnessing her zeal and academic brilliance. She has interned at Saathi Education for a month, and also created a puzzle game for Amazon. At such a tender age, she has completed courses in Digital Marketing, Cybersecurity, and Python Programming. Even though C++ was not a part of the curriculum, she taught it to herself, to increase her knowledge about artificial intelligence. Later, she created a pet project titled ‘A.R.T.H’ (Autonomous Robot for Tracing Humans) for Technoxian’18. She is also pursuing a blockchain degree with Google Certified Courses.
Not content with excelling in academics, Manasvi went on to earn accolades in Folk Dance, Badminton and even Linguistics. Therefore, it didn’t come as a surprise when the students of Queen Mary found out that Manasvi has been accepted for B.Sc in Computer Sciences in five different American universities.
She has offer letters from St. John’s University, Ohio State University, the University of Texas at Dallas, Arizona State University, and the University of Buffalo. However, like many gifted students, Manasvi has been the victim of poverty. Her father had to shut down his business due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her mother is the sole breadwinner in her family of five.
Even though she has a scholarship, the student has to arrange 20% of the expenditure. So, Manasvi has to arrange Rs 21,70,000/- (Rupees Twenty one Lakh Seventy Thousand Only), to fulfil her dream of studying abroad.
The degree will not only make Manasvi a successful woman but will also help to break the shackles of poverty that have chained her family members. Please come forward and make Manasvi’s dreams come true.
