Vedika, a 3 year old girl from Vasai, Palghar. Her father, Mr Jatin Shah works in a steel shop and her mother, Mrs Shilpa Shah (mother) is a housewife. Vedika is their only child and the family consists of 5 members including Vedika's grandparents. Vedika was born with cerebral Palsy, she would continuously cry and could not sleep or rest. Concerned about her condition, her parents took her to the doctor. This is when her parents got to know about her cerebral palsy. Currently, she is undergoing treatment at Neurogen Brain & Spine Institute, Mumbai. She will be undergoing Physiotherapy. The estimated cost of her treatment is Rs. 2,80,000/- (Rupees Two lakh eighty thousand only). Her father is not able to arrange the finances for her treatment and is requesting to help his baby girl live a normal life.
