Rajeshwari Sable is a 9-year-old daughter of Mr. Sable Mahadu Singh and Mrs. Sable Jamotibai. They belong to a small village in Adilabad, Telangana. Both the parents work as farm labourers to provide for their family’s basic needs. They manage their family with a meager income of Rs. 300/per day. Mr. and Mrs. Sable are parents to 4 school going children who completely depend on them for everything. In such circumstances, the family is now hit with a medical emergency that has challenged them financially

Rajeshwari has been irregularly keeping ill since the past few years where she would not eat food and complained about stomach aches. After she fainted due to extreme weakness, the parents took her to a local hospital for check up. The doctors temporarily provided medications but asked the parents to consult doctors of a heart specialized hospital. The parents then took Rajeshwari to the Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences in Hyderabad where she is currently admitted. The doctors have diagnosed her with Complex Heart Disease and the proposed treatment is ASD Device Closure using 2 devices.
