Janki Ghadge is a 4-year-old baby from Pune. Janki’s Father, Mr Nitin is a driver and her mother, Mrs Uma is a housewife. Janki is the youngest and has 2 elder sisters.

Janki’s parents are always worried as she often gets flue where she takes a long time to recover. She was taken to the doctor. After all the medical tests it was observed that she was suffering from heart disease. The doctor suggested that the Janki has to undergo heart surgery. Her treatment is going on in Jehangir hospital, Pune. The cost of her surgery is Rs. 6,50,475/- (rupees Six lakh fifty thousand four hundred and seventy-five only).

Janki’s father being the only earning member in the family of 5 is not able to afford the cost of her surgery.
