Harshita is a five-month-old baby girl from Gurugram, Haryana. Her father, Mr. Mahesh Kumar works as an autorickshaw driver and earns around Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 7,000/- per month. Harshita's mother is a homemaker, and her brother Naksh is seven and studies in the second grade. The family of five lives in Farrukhnagar, Gurgram, Haryana. Harshita's grandmother also lives with them.

When Harshita was some weeks old, she caught a cold and suffered from a high fever. Whenever she cried, her face developed a bluish discoloration. The local doctor advised the family to get her heart checked. The medical tests left her parents shocked. It was discovered that there is a hole in her heart. The baby's parents took her to Paras Hospital, Gurugram for further treatment.

The doctors at Paras Hospital have suggested that Harshita needs an Open Heart Surgery for VSD Patch Closure. The estimated cost of this is Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only).

With no savings and any help, Harshita's father is left in distress. He is turning to you for support. Any kind of contribution can save little Harshita's life. Be her Guardian Angel!
