Ayaan is a four-year-four months-old son of Mr. Rajesh Vishwakarma and Mrs. Kumud Vishwakarma from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. His father is the sole earner in the family of four. Ayaan also has a younger brother who is one year old. Mr. Rajesh works as a daily wage electrician earning up to Rs.5,000/- per month and the family lives in a small, rented house.

Mr. and Mrs. Vishwakarma were ecstatic over the birth of their little boy, but their happiness was short-lived when Ayaan started falling sick. The parents took him to Sri Sunderlal Hospital (Banaras Hindu University), Uttar Pradesh after he suffered from extreme cough and cold prolonging a month. After running the medical tests, he was diagnosed with Tricuspid Atresia which is a type of congenital heart disease. The doctors in Varanasi advised the parents that Ayaan would get better treatment in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He is currently admitted to MIOT International Hospital in Chennai and the doctors have advised him to undergo complex Fontan Completion Surgery. The estimated cost of the surgery is Rs. 4,25 000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Twenty-Five Thousand Only)

Mr. Rajesh has been trying to collect money for Ayaan’s surgery for the past eight months, but he has had very little luck. He doesn't have any friends or relatives to rely on for support and the lockdown has been very difficult for him in terms of finding work. Ayaan needs urgent surgery, and his father has exhausted all his savings on his treatments and hospital visits. They are in dire need of financial help, and you are the only hope to save this little boy’s life.
