It was a hot sunny afternoon when Syed Shah first saw his little baby boy and fell in love with him. He still fondly remembers the little boy’s first cry. But he never thought even in his nightmare that his baby boy would suffer from a congenital heart defect called PAH apical muscular VSD. Due to this, the baby boy suffers from a slew of deadly respiratory distress syndromes like significant PDA, and acute kidney injuries. The baby boy who is forty days old now suffers from coughing fits, neonatal seizures, severe pneumonia, severe weight loss, blood loss, and extreme body weakness. Initially, the baby was admitted to a private hospital in Mumbai but was later shifted to the Rainbow Children’s Hospital, Hyderabad. The doctors there have proposed a Mechanical ventilator support therapy, which would cost an estimated Rs. 7,00,000/- (Repees Seven Lakhs Only)

The baby boy’s parents, Ummehani and Syed Shah Ismail Quadri belong to the lower middle- class category, Syed works at a nearby shop as an electrician and earns a meager salary. He is the only breadwinner in the family. They live in a small dingy room on the outskirts of Quadria Pura, Bidar, Karnataka. At this moment, the family needs support from generous donors like you.
