As the due date was nearing, was afraid of the pain that would follow the birth of my child. And as expected, my child’s life has been miserable ever since his birth.”-

During the seventh month of Archana’s pregnancy, it was discovered that her child had a kidney issue. The celebrations were absent in Archana and her husband, Suryamani’s household, as they knew their baby’s (Ayansh) childhood would be painful and difficult. The baby has swelling and has a problem passing urine.

According to the doctors at Maharashtra’s Choudhary Hospital (12.1 km from Nalasopara Railway Station), Ayansh’s treatment would cost Rs Rs 5,50,000/- (Rupees Five lakh Fifty Thousand Only).

Suryamani works as a PayTM service provider and is the sole breadwinner in his family of four. His elder son also has a urine issue, making his burden heavier. His meagre income is barely enough. So, he has taken some help from his uncle and has used some of his savings to fund the treatment.
