Apoorva is an eight-year-old child of Veerbhadra and Jyoti and lives in Aland, Karnataka. She has been battling Kyphoscoliosis ever since her birth, causing pain and misery in her life.

According to the doctors at Karnataka’s Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Hospital (4.0 km from Bengaluru Railway Station), Apoorva’s treatment would cost Rs.5, 00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only), which her father cannot afford.

Veerbhadra is a farmer and the sole breadwinner in his family of five. His scanty income is barely enough to pay his bills, let alone bear the burden of huge medical expenses.
